Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Halfdays gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that a small processing fee applies to returns, while exchanges are always complimentary.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Return or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a different size or color via an exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
